5 min run on 10km60 x Burpies40 step Lunge Walk with 10kg 100 x 4kg Ball Wall Bounces50 x Bicycle Sit-Ups50 x Push Ups50 x Pull Ups60 x Box Jumps100 Skips on a Skipping Rope50 x 5kg Kettle Bell Swings
That should get your heart rate going! Try and do the circuit as fast as possible, reeeeally push yourself. It’s amazing what you can achieve if you really focus.
